Admittedly, I have stolen the title of this page directly from Kiva’s website. (Kiva, if you have any issues with this, let me know and I’ll change it!) But it was this very link that enticed me to click, learn about becoming a Kiva Fellow, and after lots of applications, preparations, fundraising, training and travel, led me to my post as a member of KF10 at HOPE Ukraine.
I believe each of us can do more to connect and make a difference in the world. Organizations like Kiva and Women for Women International encourage grassroots connections that have a global impact, and global connections that have a grassroots impact. This is the future of successful and responsible development.
